Our customer, a German car manufacturer, needed development of a web marketing campaign for a new model release. The short timing after final design delivery and multiple changes placed our team under time pressure, whereas we needed to also keep the high quality of the product.
Testing was very complex as the website had to work on various devices in a lot of different languages for the international markets around the world. With sprint-based process, module architecture, and flexibility of our team, we managed to balance the project without impact of the status & deadline.
