The goal of the project was to develop a platform which helps users find the most suitable IT solution provider for their needs.
Details about the project
Both the users and service providers create personal/company profiles on the platform, where they can describe their projects, needs and services they offer. The platform facilitates the process of finding the right supplier by comparing the project requirements published by the users with the provider's profiles. The user gets a list of suggested providers' profiles that match his requirements. If there is a good match available the user gets connected with the provider.
Our team created a complex admin panel with different access levels. We digitalized the entire process and database, which made it much easier and convenient to work with. The team also developed Elasticsearch full-text search engine with an HTTP web interface. They came up with a concept for a matching algorithm to support the selection of the best provider for each project.
