Details about the project
Our partner wanted to develop a new digital product for the real estate market – a building management platform to make apartment administration efficient and reliable. We've built the front-end of the admin panel, the whole backend logic and the integration with external service providers' APIs.
The system aims to facilitate the process of renting and managing a residential rental property for all the participants - owners, property managers and tenants. We've built it as a digital toolbox, consisting of different modules - data management, user management, data analytics and reporting. The service platform eases the property accounting, contracts management, communication with stakeholder, coordination of craftsmen etc. It allows automated mail processing and standardized document management.
Measurement data from radio-readable meters is also collected and displayed in a user-friendly dashboard. Heating and water bills are automatically generated based on the acquired information. There is integration with two major service providers' APIs for collecting data about consumption.
