Job Details
We are a service company and you will be involved in diverse international projects over time. Depending on the customer the duration and tech stack of the project could vary.
Technical side:
Technical side:
- Tech stack to work with: Java, Spring, Mongo or other database depending on the project
- Writing high quality code and following best practices
- Delivering client-centring solutions
- Participating in project/Scrum meetings
- Communication with project team and daily meetings with clients
Your first project could be:
- Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Docker, AWS
- Organisation Of Work: Agile/Scrum
- Client & Business Model: Our client is in the automotive industry. Our team works on a complex solution that makes collaboration around big projects possible through different features. The system also allows tender procedures to be executed.
- Team Size & Roles: Your project team will be with 10 persons. We have different roles in the team focused on the frontend, backend, design, QA and DevOps. We started the project with a smaller team more than a year ago. We continue developing the project and growing the team ever since.
- Duration: This is a long-term project, more than 1 year.

- 3+ years of professional experience as a software web developer
- 2+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with REST services
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
- Good understanding of the software development process
- Strong self-motivation, "can-do" and problem-solving attitude
- Sense of responsibility
- Friendly and collaborative attitude
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Creative mind and initiative to suggest improvements
- Sense of humor :)
