Maintaining the privacy of our website visitors is very important to us and we strive to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When you visit our website, we collect information about you that is necessary for the provision of our services and for analysis purposes. Because we gather information about you, you need to know:

  • What kind of information we collect and why;

  • How you can update, limit or control that information;

Personal data

Personal data is the data that identifies you as a person (including your name, address and email address). You do not need to provide any personal data in order to visit our website.

We require your name and e-mail address if you would like us to send you information and when we reply to your inquiries. Aside from that, we only store data that you have automatically or voluntarily provided to us.

Cookies

Infoleven uses cookies and similar files or technologies on https://infoleven.com to collect and store the information, which is automatically obtained about your computer, device and use of our website. By using Infoleven's site, you consent to our use of cookies.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that are transmitted from an internet server to your browser and stored on your hard drive when you visit websites. This only saves your IP address; no personal data is stored. Cookies allow our website to automatically recognize you when you visit again, therefore making your next visit easier and more useful to you.

Depending on the period of time they remain on your computer, cookies can be "permanent" or "session" cookies. "Session cookies" exist only while your browser is open and are deleted automatically once you close it. "Permanent cookies" mean that they survive after your browser is closed. Permanent cookies can be used by our website to recognize your computer when you open your browser and browse the Internet again.

If you do not accept the use of these cookies, please disable them by changing your browser settings so that cookies from our website cannot be placed on your computer or mobile device. If you choose to block cookies, it may limit the functionality of some parts of our website.

  • Monitor the performance of our websites and to continually improve overall quality;
  • Customize and enhance your user experience;

Server log files

We automatically collect and store information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version;
  • Used operating system;

The processing of the data entered into the contact form is therefore exclusively based on your consent. You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message by e-mail to us is enough. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data entered by you in the contact form remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to the storage or the purpose for the data storage is omitted (ex. after completion of your request). Mandatory statutory provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.
